Today feels special, and not just because it's my birthday.

It's a pretty momentous moment in my life. There is SO much going on astrologically (more on that below). Today I am 5 weeks from graduating as a Fertility Awareness Educator from the Well School of Body Literacy! I am so excited and eager to help women and menstruators claim true bodily autonomy by learning how to chart their cycles, at any life stage.

So. In honor of my birth season, I am preparing to birth something really big, the most special undertaking I've ever done.

I have AMAZING NEWS!!!

Henceforth, my work will be known as SHAKTI CYCLES.

Here, you can find the keys to body literacy, nature connection and sexual sovereignty.

Here, you can find everything you wanted to learn in sex ed that was never shared with you - the wisdom that is your birthright!

Here, you can get connected with a vast community of wise and well women who, like you, are taking their lives, health and sexuality into their own hands.

At SHAKTI CYCLES you can get private mentorship with me, and learn 1-on-1 how to chart your cycle for wellness, natural conception or natural contraception!

And in December registration opens for my annual program,

THIRTEEN MOONS.

THIRTEEN MOONS is a Cycle Sovereignty & Rewilding Immersion.
Over the course of thirteen moons (or one calendar year), you'll:

• Reclaim your energy, vitality, rhythm and power
• Learn how to chart your cycle for body literacy, at any life stage
• Re/connect with the cycles of nature
• Gain understanding of how the cycles of your own body reflect the cycles of nature
• Discover how to support your own unique seasonal rhythms
• Claim ancient knowledge of plant medicine, ritual and fertility awareness that has been previously hidden
• Be part of a community of wild, wise women!

This course is ideal for women and menstruators who desire:

• True ownership of their bodies
• To heal their relationship with their body, their cycles and with Nature
• To learn to practice effective natural contraception
• To conceive naturally, and are dedicating time to conscious preconception
• To understand the root cause of hormonal imbalances they may be experiencing
• More connection with Nature and the outdoors

Back to my birthday...

Something you may not know about me is that I'm an astrology geek. Today, there's some special astrological events happening that have particular relevance for me that I HAVE to nerd about with you (you can find out more at the Chani app!):

• According to women's educator, storyteller and songtress Tara Wild, this year November 6 & 7 marks true Samhain, the ancient Celtic celebration when the sun is halfway between the Autumn Equinox and the Winter Solstice.
• True Samhain falls when the Sun is at 15 degrees in Scorpio - which is both my Sun and Venus aspects in my birth chart
• I was born at 11:07pm, and Samhain falls on 11/7 this year!
• Today is also between two eclipses, the Solar eclipse that happened on October 25th and the Lunar Eclipse on November 8th
• November 8th is also a Full Moon, and Election Day
• Mars, the ruling planet of Scorpio, is retrograde, which has caused me to reflect on the Masculine energy in my life, what actions I want to take and how I want to serve the Feminine

In light of all this Scorpionic energy (Scorpio is the sign of rebirth), the time is ripe for me to give birth to SHAKTI CYCLES, the culmination of years of work and dedication. I am committed to helping women to re/claim their liberation through body sovereignty.

I'm inspired to offer these programs to uplift, inspire and elevate YOU.
