Also marking the beginning of a new cycle, today is the New Moon! So we've got the energy of beginning both a new Solar and Lunar cycle to work with.

I celebrated this initiation with the inaugural class of BODY SOVEREIGNTY - and I have to say I LOVE this cohort! They are a group of lovely, empowered, inquisitive, insightful women who are eager to embody this knowledge. It is such a privilege to embark on this journey together.

Launching BODY SOVEREIGNTY in alignment with the new Lunar and Solar cycle was a deliberate choice; I wanted to harness the power of these natural cycles to bless and nourish our journey together. My fertile window opened just in time for class too - so many grand openings!

Spring Energy gives us that fire of initiation, the impetus to plant the seeds of our intentions in the fertile soil of our knowing. In the Follicular phase, ovarian follicles begin ripening towards ovulation like the buds on maple trees flourishing towards the sun's warmth. Mind, body and spirit, we get to be like those little buds, bringing our intentions forth and inspiring the world with our beauty.

Next class my BODY SOVEREIGNTY cohort gets to learn the basics of charting their cycles, the science behind why Fertility Awareness works (up to 99.4% effective!) and how to demystify their Cervical Fluid, arguably the most important and informative of your three Fertile Signs!

I am planting seeds of intention to hold another round of BODY SOVEREIGNTY this coming Fall - so for those of you who couldn't make it this time, don't worry, there's another opportunity for you!

I am honoring the beginning of spring with a trip to Joshua Tree, CA to spend a week with my Fertility Sisters from The Well School of Body Literacy, celebrating our graduation! I am so looking forward to being nourished by our sisterhood.
