WOW! How is everyone feeling after Class 6: Sexual Sovereignty?! I hope you got to catch the replay and take some time to yourself to follow the Body Mapping Meditation and the Sensual Movement Class!

I don't know about you, but I know it's been my experience that the cultural wiring to be acceptable in the Male Gaze goes DEEP in me. I'm still unravelling patterns that aren't mine. Can you relate?

This is the work of Sexual Sovereignty. Coming home to our bodies, our Selves. Owning who we are, what turns us on/off, where our boundaries are.

This is why I teach Fertility Awareness alongside Sensually Embodied Movement. These two powerful tools unlock a woman's sense of herself, her erotic truth, her body's wisdom, her desires and her integrity. I see it in how confident my clients become in themselves and the wisdom of their bodies.

How did it go with your SAMPLE CHARTS? We're (finally!) going to go over them in class this Sunday, first thing, so you can have your questions answered and see how well you did!
