It’s been an amazing two-year journey with my beautiful sisters at The Well School of Body Literacy (you know who you are - I love you all so much!)

This journey has been many years in the making. From when I decided to get on birth control at 16 because it was the ‘responsible’ thing to do, to when I discovered Fertility Awareness at 23. These two years learning how to guide others to chart their cycles and live a sexually sovereign life is the ice cream - the certification is just the 🍒 on top.

What really jazzes me is helping women to discover their innate intelligence, beauty and freedom through charting their cycles and reclaiming their sexual sovereignty.
