This Winter has been a difficult one for me, and I know I'm not the only one.

I am grateful to you for being a part of this community, small but mighty, that has held me through it.

Female physiology is a beautifully intelligent reflection of the natural world. This Winter brought with it a lot of painful change, which we've seen in the strangely dry and windy weather we've had in the Northeast and other changes elsewhere. Within my own body, my Inner Winter (menstruation) has been especially bleak the past few cycles. I went deep underground to heal, holding my energy close like a tiny, fertile seed, allowing it to gather strength, unhurried.

It was a hard choice to postpone my first group program, which I had been greatly looking forward to. But it was the right choice, because after letting myself Winter over, I finally feel that I have the strength to bring BODY SOVEREIGNTY the energy it both requires and deserves.

This course is as much for me as it is for you. It's the culmination of everything that I wish I had been taught about my body and my Feminine Genius when I was young. BODY SOVEREIGNTY is the gift I wish I had been given, that I now wish to give to you.

I am grateful to you, sister, for being open to what I have to share with you, for being curious about your own power, the wisdom of your own body. I am grateful to you for being patient with me through this difficult time, and helping me to get through it. Sisterhood is where we do some of our best work.
