I just finished charting my 101st cycle!

Obviously I've had a lot more cycles than that, but this was the 101st that I've tracked.

I started tracking my cycle using the Kindara app back in 2014, skipped a couple years due to HA and then started seriously charting on paper in 2019.

Switching to paper charting made my FAM practice 100% more embodied. I always said I'd never use apps again, but I admit I am eating a slice of humble pie right now because I am currently using the Read Your Body app to chart my cycle! It's very convenient while I'm traveling - and I have to say it's a really good charting app!
