Body Literacy Basics Course

This course is designed to empower you with the knowledge and tools you should have been given growing up - and at your own pace!

With only 7 hours of video content broken down into bite-sized videos, these classes are intended to engage you as well as allow you to comfortably fit them into your life - no matter how busy.  

There are 5 modules, each building upon the other.  We’ll start with laying a foundation and then get into the nitty-gritty.  My advice is to go in order and take your time.  

There are some homework assignments as well!  You won’t be graded, don’t worry, they’re mostly for you to test your knowledge.  You will receive answer keys to each assignment so you can cross-check your knowledge.  

As part of this course, you get 1 or 3 private consultations with me!  These are dedicated sessions where you and I will go over any questions you have about FAM, and where we will go over your charts together so you can feel really confident about your new charting practice.
